Nick is our go-to for complex diagnostics, advanced board repair, and precision soldering. With a deep love for technology and a background in Dell-certified repair, electronics recycling, and engineering projects, he leads our hands-on services — from gaming PC builds and graphics card repair to commercial microwave diagnostics. His calm, empathetic nature and creative problem-solving make him a favorite with customers. Nick is always learning, always improving, and always finding a better way to bring electronics back to life.
samantha sanford
Co-Owner
Samantha’s background blends technical expertise with a passion for psychology, sustainability, and ethical business practices. With years of experience in electronics recycling, repair, and secure data handling, she brings thoughtful structure and empathy to every part of our operation — from intake and refurbishing to web design and client support. She’s also behind our custom eBay sales and consignment program, helping customers turn old tech into something useful again. Samantha is fiercely dedicated to transparency and fairness, and she believes good repair work starts with trust.
